An X–Y data object is a two-dimensional array of data that Abaqus/CAE stores in two columns. You can display X–Y data as a graph in an X–Y plot or as a table in an X–Y report. In addition, you can probe an X–Y plot to display the X- and Y-coordinates of graph points. This section discusses X–Y data objects and the various methods you can use to create them.
