This option is used to anneal a structure by setting the velocities and all appropriate state variables to zero.

Set this parameter equal to the temperature, 
, to which all nodes in the model will be set after the annealing has been completed. The default is to maintain the current temperature at all nodes in the model after the annealing has been completed.
